Q1: Can anybody visit the Fair?
A: No. EBS is exclusive to the professionals who organize, promote and manage small, medium and big events.
Q2: Which departments visit EBS?
A: Events, Marketing, Promotion, Incentive, HR, Training e Purchase departments visit EBS Fair.
Q3: How much does it cost?
A: It is a Free Pass Event.
Q4: Is it obligatory to register online?
A: Yes. So we get to know our visitors better, besides that with the online registration you will receive your badge at the address informed 10 days before the show.
Q5: Do I have to inform my document numbers in the registration?
A: Yes. This is the only way to avoid double registration.
Q6: Is it obligatory to bring my business card?
A: Yes. This is a trade fair, business cards must be exchanged, and it will arouse the relationship between you and the exhibitors.
Q7: What is a minimum age to visit the Fair?
A: From 18 years old on, children will not be allowed to enter, not even together with an adult.
Q8: Is there a dress code?
A: No. It will not be permitted to enter wearing flipflops, shorts and caps.
Q9: Should I enroll previously for the talks?
A: No. Altough there's a limited availability which will be filled in according to the audience arrival.
Q10: Are all the talks FREE?
A: Yes.
A11: I'm a student, can I visit EBS Fair?
A: Yes.You must be an intern in the Events, Marketing, Advertising, HR, Training, Promotion areas.
